AFamosa Doggie Get Together Day 2010

This is an annual event organise by Puppy.com & AFamosa Resort (Melaka). Puppies get a chance to be holiday with the owner's friends and family. To those who are interested, i had prepared you with some of the basic information as below.

Doggie Games and Socializing Session at the field in the vicinity of the Condo Area. Up to 6 doggie fun games will be organized with all the prizes and trophies to be sponsored by A'Famosa. There will also be several lucky draws on that day that include free Bungalow Stay which will be sponsored by A'Famosa as well.

Accomodation
One Bungalow - RM 680.00 nett with 08 person Breakfasts


The Bungalow has four bedrooms and all are equipped with at least a queen size bed and can accommodate up to 8 peoples per Bungalow. All bungalow come with a swimming pool (for human only).

I come across this web through a dog magazine. I decide to help to promote the web as I found it is very meaningful to me. Below are some introduction quotes of the content of the website.

Furry Friends Farm, located in Kundang, Selangor, is an animal sanctuary for rescued stray dogs, puppies, cats and kittens and other companion (pet) animals that are abandoned, neglected or abused by irresponsible owners. It is run and managed by volunteer rescuers with the objective of creating a more compassionate and humane society towards animals.

The farm provides a secured shelter for abused and abandoned stray animals rescued in the state of Selangor. It is also a place to house and rehabilitate cats and dogs physically and psychologically. They are given a second chance to live the rest of their lives in peace and dignity.

Animals that are not successfully re-homed, will have a place permanently at the sanctuary. All rescued stray dogs/cats will be given immediate medical attention, vaccinated, de-wormed, with heartworm prevention and neutered/spayed.
